September 21st 2016 Topic:
We always talk about how cool it would be to be a character in our favorite books, but who would you not want to trade places with?

Number 5

Aedan
From Dawn of Wonder by Jonathan Renshaw

In this experience dreamland Aedan is a young man with insight past his years. He is shrewd and proactive. Lamentably, he has nobody he can depend on. Aedan starts his voyage in a little nation town, with a damaging father, and a severe pioneer, and his issues just develop from that point.

Through no blame of his own he endures one incident after another.

I needed to quit perusing this book. I got about midway, but since the pacing was so unpleasant, I needed to put it down. There were not very many high focuses for Aedan, and many lows. The story started cutting down my own particular state of mind.

I might want to complete this book at a later date, when I am feeling more arranged for a tale about so much hardship.

However, until further notice, I know for beyond any doubt that I could never need to end up in Aedan's place.

Number 4

Lucy
From Ashes, Ashes by Jo Treggari

In this exceptionally disheartening, prophetically catastrophic world, Lucy is getting by all alone in what stays of Central Park, NYC.

The climate is still perilous, and ailment is still an undeniable risk, so Lucy is resolved to mind her own business. That is until a kid named Aidan persuades her she can't make it all alone any longer.

Aidan takes Lucy to his camp of survivors. Sadly, Lucy can't make another existence with these individuals in light of the fact that the Sweepers, an association of researchers, are after her since she may hold in her DNA the way to a cure.

There are not very many Dystopian stories I would hop into, and the distress of Lucy's circumstance in this story feels genuine. It is not one which I would wish on anybody, in particular myself.

Number 3

Hamlet
From William Shakespeare's Hamlet

I have no longing to exchange places with any of writing's sad figures, particularly not Hamlet.

Headed to franticness when gotten between sentiments of despondency, disloyalty, and the craving for requital, Hamlet heads out his rational soundness and the general population who administer to him. At last, he loses everything.

So in the event that I were ever posed the question: To be or not to be- - Hamlet?

I would most certainly reply, NOT TO BE.

Number 2

Maika
From Monstress by Marjorie Liu & Sana Takeda
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/24426209-monstress-1

Maika is an amazing female hero in a phenomenal comic arrangement, however goodness, she experiences ALOT.

She is looking for requital, attempting to find what occurred amid a bizarre assault years prior, and urgently attempting to not be gotten by her adversaries.

She has lost her mom, and one of her arms. What's more, she has obtained some kind of satanic substance which now stays inside her. It is even stakes between every one of the things that could execute her now.

This unforgiving dreamland would be sufficiently hard to need to get by in, even without being in Maika's place. Also, I don't begrudge her for it.

Number 1

Lestibournes "Spook"
From The Mistborn Series by Brandon Sanderson
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/68428.The_Final_Empire

The greater part of the characters in Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn arrangement get put through hell and back, however Spook, specifically, appears to get dragged through the mud.

Conceived the child of guardians who did not need him, Lestibournes begins as the young man with immeasurable discourse and a feeble allomantic capacity. In any case, he gets included with the defiance as the consequence of his condition.

I would love to let you know each sad thing that transpires next, to truly commute home why he is highlighted at number one on my rundown - yet yowser, how that would ruin a considerable measure of plot!

The honorable quality about Spook is that basically everything which he continues amid the later books in the arrangement is the consequence of his own decisions.

He needs to wind up distinctly an incredible flexibility warrior, similar to his guide Kelsier. What's more, he relinquishes much to see that mission through. He is an incredible character, and he experiences awesome change, however I unquestionably could never need to be placed in his position.
